• You must be at least 16 years old to use onBubbles.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person.
• You must complete phone verification — a one-time code that helps keep onBubbles free of bots and fake accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

onBubbles is a private, closed-group social network. You post into “bubbles” — small groups you belong to (a class, a team, a friend circle). There is no public feed, no follower counts and no stranger discovery: only people you share a bubble with can see and reach you. A separate Discover surface lets you follow public bubbles and news around interests you choose.

To keep onBubbles safe, you agree not to post or do the following:

• Anything unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. Such content is removed, the account is terminated, and it is reported to the competent authorities (including, where applicable, NCMEC).
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or incitement to violence.
• Spam, bots, scraping, or any automated abuse of the service.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting who you are.
• Infringing anyone else’s intellectual-property or other rights.

onBubbles is a 16+ service. Treat other people with respect.

You own the content you create. You grant onBubbles a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display your content within the service, solely to deliver it to the bubbles and people you share it with.

Moderation is AI-assisted (using an EU-hosted AI service, Scaleway) combined with human review. Each bubble’s Admins and Moderators are responsible for moderating content within their own bubble — they can keep flagged content, or remove or hold it for review. Platform staff handle escalations and unlawful content across the service.

We (and bubble moderators) may remove, hide or hold content that breaks these terms. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account, and, where the law requires, reporting to the authorities.

Bubbles are run by their members, not by us:

• Admin — the owner of a bubble. There is a single admin.
• Moderators — appointed by the admin to help moderate.
• Members — everyone else; they post, reply and react.
• A bubble is dissolved (“burst”) by a democratic vote of its electorate — its moderators if any exist, otherwise all members — never by one person acting alone. An admin can also transfer ownership to someone else.

Depending on the severity, we may remove content, hide or hold it for review, suspend or terminate your account, and report unlawful content to the authorities where required.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your account and content. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

onBubbles is currently in alpha: it may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
